What follows is an article by American blogger Stephan Lendman, who is no longer young, but still packs a punch. We will talk about the "horrors" committed in Bucha, Ukraine. Now, faced with the torrents of insults falling on them, the Russians are asking the Security Council for a session aimed at conducting an independent investigation on site. And there, you say to yourself that Westerners are going to welcome the initiative, because you are naive. I intend to translate this text into French, but in the meantime, for lack of time, I submit it to you here in its original version, which you can translate into your own language using the translator you see above.
À l'attention du public francophone : le français n'apparaît pas de prime abord sur la liste figurant plus haut. Commencez par choisir une langue quelconque, puis relancez la liste et vous verrez apparaître le français tout en haut. (Source)

Unprecedented!
On Monday, Moscow’s UN envoy Vassily Nebenzia blasted US vassal state Britain for reinventing UN rules by refusing to hold a Security Council session requested by Russia.
“These are unprecedented times, as you know,” he stressed.
“What is also unprecedented is what happened yesterday and earlier today.”
“It was unprecedented, unbelievable, and unthinkable.”
“We were denied a Security Council meeting that we requested today” by Britain’s BoJo regime.
See below for Security Council rules of procedure his regime egregiously breached in cahoots with hegemon USA’s sanctions and proxy hot war on Russia.
Nebenzia continued, saying:
“During my time here, I had emergency meetings of the Security Council on many issues that happened on weekends, on US holidays, etc, and we never objected.”
“What happened is something unbelievable and unprecedented in the history of the UN” — 77 years ago on April 25, 1945.
Britain’s breach is an indisputable “fact.”
Explaining what happened in Bucha, Ukraine, Nebenzia stressed that “the (US-installed) Kiev regime (as directed by) its Western sponsors started to promote in Western mass media fake news about alleged ‘atrocities’ (by) Russian military forces in Bucha.”
It’s indisputably “clear that this is…another staged provocation aimed at discrediting and dehumanizing (Russia’s) military and leveling political pressure on Russia.”
No evidence suggests that Russia’s military committed “cruel atrocities” throughout the Federation’s history.
“We have factual evidence that proves this point,” said Nebenzia.
“We intended to present it to the Security Council as soon as possible so that the international community is not misled by the false narrative promoted by Kiev and its Western sponsors.”
On Sunday, 24 hours in advance, Russia requested a Security Council session to be convened on Monday at 3:00 PM.
Denied by the BoJo regime in cahoots with hegemon USA, along with vassal states France, Ireland, Norway and Albania, “an invalid lame pretext (was) invent(ed)” to justify what’s unjustifiable.
Britain rejected Russia’s request twice.
Claiming no reason existed to convene a session was a bald-faced Big Lie.
Blocking a SC session on Bucha was “a clear-cut provocation in classical (Joseph) Goebbels style,” Nebenzia explained.
There’s no ambiguity about why.
Clearly it’s to perpetuate the made-in-the-USA/West official narrative — a fabrication of what happened in Bucha.
It’s to prevent truth and full disclosure from being discussed openly on the world stage for its member states to know the reality about what happened.
Britain willfully and maliciously breached SC rules of procedure.
Rule 2 states the following:
“The president shall call a meeting of the Security Council at the request of any member of the Security Council.”
Rule 3 states:
“The president shall call a meeting of the Security Council if a dispute or situation is brought to the attention of the Security Council under Article 35.”
It states that that any UN member state “may bring any dispute, or any situation of the nature referred to in Article 34, to the attention of the Security Council or of the General Assembly.”
Article 34 states that the “Security Council may investigate any dispute, or any situation which might lead to international friction or give rise to a dispute, in order to determine whether the continuance of the dispute or situation is likely to endanger the maintenance of international peace and security.”
There’s no ambiguity about the BoJo regime’s disgraceful action.
Nebenzia stressed it, saying:
“What we see now is a shameful and unprecedented abuse by the UK of the president’s prerogatives.”
“At the same time, this is a demonstration of weakness showing that Western (regimes) had to resort to this maneuvering to shut Russia’s voice.”
“It only proves the point that (they) care neither about the real situation in Bucha, nor about Council authority.”
The BoJo regime’s unacceptable action “undermine(s) the very foundations of the UN.”
Nebenzia convened Monday’s press conference to set the record straight on what happened in Bucha.
While Russian forces were in the town, “not a single resident suffered from any violent action,” he stressed.
No “harassment” by Russian forces occurred.
Town residents went about their daily lives freely.
Russia supplied them with humanitarian aid.
Nebenzia explained a chronology of events discussed in a previous article.
When Russian forces were redeployed for an upcoming final battle to liberate Donbass entirely from the scourge of Nazified thugs infesting parts of its territory, life in Bucha was calm and normal.
They were no dead bodies on town streets, no evidence of “atrocities.”
On April 2 — 3 days after Russian forces departed — Ukrainian National Guard video footage in the town showed none of the above.
Ukraine’s military interviewed residents “in different locations across the town,” Nebenzia explained.
“None of them said a word about any ‘massacre’ or mass killings.”
Video images around them showed “no dead bodies.”
“To sum it up, there are no reports of atrocities which are accredited to the Russian military in Bucha.”
“Four days after (its forces) left the city, there was not a single sign of any ‘atrocities.’ ”
“I repeat – not a single reference to it, anywhere.”
“The infamous video depicting bodies (on Bucha streets) is full of discrepancies and blatant lies.”
“According to its authors, bodies were lying on the streets for at least 4 days (when) the video was filmed.”
Yet they hadn’t “stiffened.”
“How is that possible?”
“It is against the law of biology.”
“(B)odies (had no) signs of decomposition…(no) cadaver stains…no blood (from) wounds.”
Town residents wore white arm bands to identify themselves as civilians.
“When the Ukrainian forces entered the town, they fired at people with white stripes, killing civilians.”
A “video show(s) a conversation between members of Ukrainian units…published in social media by the so-called ‘territorial defense’ – a radical nationalist fighting group.”
“One of the radicals asks if he can shoot at (civilians).”
“The other confirms that this is permissible.”
Despite indisputable evidence of no Russian involvement in what happened in Bucha, US-dominated Western regimes are going all-out to claim otherwise — by making stuff up.
What happened in Bucha was a made-in-the-USA orchestrated/Kiev perpetrated false flag to more greatly demonize Russia unjustifiably.
Likely reasons behind it were discussed in a previous and same-day article.
There’s no ambiguity about how Russian forces comport themselves.
Indisputable evidence clearly shows that it’s in strict compliance with the letter and spirit of international law.
Russia’s way is worlds apart from how hegemon USA-dominated NATO operates on the world stage — in flagrant defiance of the above standard repeatedly.
A Final Comment
Nebenzia stressed that he’ll have more to say on this issue Tuesday, adding:
“(T)he truth about what happened in Bucha will reveal itself very soon.”
Note:
On Monday, the UN announced that a Security Council session will be held on Tuesday “to discuss recent events, and more generally, conditions across” Ukraine.
Russia will have a second opportunity to debunk the fabricated official narrative on Bucha by presenting cold, hard, verifiable and indisputable facts.
There’s no ambiguity about what happened in Bucha.
No evidence exists to suggest Russian war crimes anywhere in Ukraine since its Feb. 24 special military operation began.
The Bucha incident has hegemon USA’s fingerprints all over it, along with those of its Ukraine proxy.
False flags are a longstanding US tradition since at least the mid-19th century.

Russian forces supplied residents with humanitarian aid — what the Times, other MSM and Western officials ignored.
According to Times fake news, “bodies lay in yards and roadways days after Russian troops withdrew from” Bucha.
Ignored was that no bodies lay in streets — or anywhere else — while Russian forces were in the town, none there when they were redeployed to Donbass.
What happened occurred days after they left — what the Times didn’t consider news fit to print.
